33 Foreign Tourists Rescued After Catamaran Sinks Near Phuket– Maritime Safety Procedures Highlighted

A group of 33 Chinese tourists was successfully rescued after their catamaran, the > Ameray 888 , sank off the coast of Phuket on Monday afternoon. The occurrence, which occurred about 1. 6 coastal miles northwest of Koh Racha Yai, an area west of Phuket, has raised recognition of the importance of maritime safeness actions for 100 billion Baht tourists in the area.
